Michelle Gonzalez McMullen, our founder and lead trainer, spent over a decade in sales and consulting and knows what it takes to be viewed as a trusted advisor. She has always had a passion for business and social etiquette and mentoring. The combination of these passions resulted in the development of MGM Etiquette, where it is our joy to offer soft skills training for the next generation of business people and students to be the polished and poised leaders of the future.
Michelle holds a B.A. International Studies from the American University in Washington, D.C., and is a graduate of the Train the Trainer Program in International Etiquette and Protocol (Grades One and Two) by The English Manner and Beaumont Etiquette. She is also a member of the International Etiquette Trainer Society and volunteers her time to mentor young women through the National Charity League.
